A fluffy creamy-vanilla sponge cake is perfectly complemented by a ganache frosting with the flavor of ripe bananas. Inside, you’ll find a juicy strawberry compote with pieces of fresh strawberries and a light strawberry mousse cheesecake. Each bite is reminiscent of a favorite summer milkshake, transformed into an elegant dessert.
