From an early age, I was interested in baking, collecting cakes for home parties, but I never seriously thought about becoming a pastry chef. Having received a diploma in landscape design, she studied in graduate school for several years, but soon realized that her creative nature could not withstand prolonged sitting at the computer and culinary experiments in the kitchen resumed on an unprecedented scale.

Over time, the first orders appeared from friends and neighbors. Working as a home pastry chef for over two years was exciting and exhausting at the same time – along with the excitement of trying out all sorts of techniques
